1. Scope and contact

This policy describes the current CrownMint Merge game and its official website. The operator of CrownMint Merge is responsible for the handling described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact KearaLoughrey5351@outlook.com.

2. Information in the game

CrownMint Merge does not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email address, location, contacts, or photos. The current game does not include advertising, tracking, in-app purchases, or developer-operated analytics. We do not receive your gameplay or save data through an in-game server.

The game stores progress, scores, achievements, virtual items, tutorial progress, and preferences on your device so that you can continue playing. These virtual items have no cash value.

3. Local storage and deletion

Local game data remains until you reset it or it is removed from your device. You can use Settings → Reset progress to clear your game progress after confirmation. Deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading an app may retain its data. Device backups, restoration, and any platform diagnostics are controlled by your device settings and the relevant platform provider, not by us.

We do not operate a cloud-save service and cannot restore a save that has been permanently deleted.

4. When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and address the reported issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Support correspondence is processed by our email provider, Microsoft Outlook, and retained only as reasonably necessary to resolve and follow up on your request, meet legal obligations, or handle disputes. You may ask us to delete correspondence by contacting the address above. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.

5. Visiting this website

This website is designed to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Delivering and securing a website involves processing technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and request times. Cloudflare may process this information to provide hosting, security, and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its practices.

Our website code does not set cookies or local storage, include advertising or analytics scripts, or embed third-party fonts or videos. Links to email services or other websites are subject to those providers’ policies. Hosting features added later may require an update to this policy.

6. Sharing and use

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information you provide through support may be handled by service providers necessary to deliver email and resolve your request. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect legal rights and prevent abuse.

7. Children’s privacy

The game does not ask players, including children, to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

8. Your choices

You can reset local game progress in the app, manage device permissions and backups in your device settings, and choose what information to include in an email. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information we hold. Contact us to make a request; we may need information to verify it.

9. Changes to this policy

If the game or our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. This policy describes the current release and website implementation.
